Absolutely. Our products are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals at any stage of development.

There are no known side effects to using our products. However, we recommend checking the ingredients list for any possible allergens. Additionally, we suggest performing a patch test on a small area of skin, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions.

All our skincare products are manufactured in Serbia and are certified in accordance with EU standards.

Ezo Lightâ„¢ is a unique process developed exclusively by House of Etre. It involves a special light treatment that each of our skincare products undergoes, inspired by ancient traditional practices related to the power of the sun.

We aim to process and ship your order within 2 days, and delivery typically takes 5 days.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in resolving the issue and ensuring your order arrives as soon as possible.

If you receive an incomplete or damaged order, please contact our customer service team and provide a description of the issue, along with pictures of any damaged items. We will help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund within 30 days.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer. If you paid by card, the refund will be issued to the same account. For cash payments, we will require your bank account details for the refund.

We currently ship within Serbia, and we are working on expanding our international shipping options.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to make adjustments.
